Lifetime Warranty:

GlideRite Hardware offers a limited lifetime warranty on most cabinet hardware products covering manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. If any product protected under this warranty is found to be defective, GlideRite Hardware will send, without charge, new replacement product(s) of the same or comparable quality and style. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to functional hardware.

Limitations on the Warranty:

This warranty does not apply where items have been improperly stored or improperly installed. This warranty does not cover the following: costs of removing warranted material or the installation of replacement material, costs of returning the product to GlideRite Hardware, natural variations, normal wear and tear or damage/defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or modification in any way. This warranty is not applicable to any GlideRite product that has undergone accidents, exposure to natural disasters, corrosive air, or outdoor use. Changes in the appearance of products due to normal wear and tear are considered non-defective and are not covered by this warranty. Damages or expenses resulting from any defective product are also excluded from coverage under this warranty. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable. Once the original consumer purchaser sells or transfers their GlideRite Hardware product, the coverage of the warranty will be terminated.

Obligations of Purchaser:

To request replacement product under this warranty: (a) contact GlideRite Hardware at help@gliderite.com with your name, order number and purchase date, plus a written claim briefly describing the defect; (b) return the product to GlideRite Hardware within 30 days for inspection. GlideRite Hardware is not responsible for items lost in return shipping. As such, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
