GlideRite Hardware offers a limited lifetime warranty on most cabinet hardware products covering manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. If any product protected under this warranty is found to be defective, GlideRite Hardware will send, without charge, new replacement product(s) of the same or comparable quality and style.
Limitations on the Warranty:
This warranty does not apply where items have been improperly stored or improperly installed. This warranty does not cover the following: costs of removing warranted material or the installation of replacement material, costs of returning the product to GlideRite Hardware, natural variations, normal wear and tear or damage/defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or modification in any way.
Obligations of Purchaser:
To request replacement product under this warranty: (a) contact GlideRite Hardware at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and purchase date, plus a written claim briefly describing the defect; (b) return the product to GlideRite Hardware within 30 days for inspection. GlideRite Hardware is not responsible for items lost in return shipping. As such, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
