GlideRite Hardware offers free standard shipping on all items delivered within the Continental US. We ship most orders the next business day after receipt of your order. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the item, quantity ordered and shipping location. Most orders will arrive within 2-6 business days.
Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: We ship most cabinet hardware by USPS priority mail flat rate box at no additional charge. On any item that will not fit in a USPS priory mail flat rate box, we will be happy to quote you shipping rates by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please e-mail us at email@example.com for rates. Include the model number(s) of the product, quantity needed and shipping zip code. Please note, some items are heavy weight and are not cost effective to ship outside the continental US.

Most new, unopened product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full, no-hassle refund. Please note, all items must be returned in the original packaging. We will absorb the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item), otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the order.
For orders that exceed the 30 day return policy, an exchange for store credit will be accepted if the product is still in new, unused condition. The items must be in the original, unopened packaging to qualify for an exchange. Once the items have passed inspection and are deemed to be in sellable condition, a credit will be applied to the account on file at gliderite.com. Customers will incur a 25% restocking fee for orders that exceed 30 days from the time of the original purchase.
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 business days once the package is given to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu. Next, click the Return Item(s) button. We will send a notification via e-mail regarding your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
