The back plates were exactly as described and of good qulaity.

Knob Back plates

Last year I bought the Birdcage knobs for my newly painted kitchen cabinets. I absolutely LOVE them and have gotten many compliments about them. I started noticing some wear on the paint around the more heavily used cabinets so I decided to get back plates. I initially ordered the antique brass but when they arrived they appeared lighter than I expected. I exchanged them for the oil rubbed bronze and they are perfect. Customer service could not have been more helpful in helping me with this. So many companies do not do thoughtful follow up after a sale is made. I am totally impressed with the company (and my service rep Juan) the product and the price. Not only do I highly recommend them but I will always go to Glide Rite first for any hardware needs in the future. Good show!
