This product could be improved by reinforcing the center area. When a knob is tightened securely, the back plate dimples in; one could put a thick washer in the space to reinforce the area. This product should include two appropriately sized black nails. The nails are difficult to find at hardware stores or online. At a minimum, GlideRite should sell them or provide a link to somewhere that sells them. One back plate arrived with a big dent in it (unusable). Several back plates arrived slightly bent but were easy enough to straighten by hand and use. My rating 4 out of 5 stars for design, color and finish! Would be 5 out of 5 if I could get the two nails.
