These were exactly what I expected and arrived when I expected them. I installed 6 of these this morning and they worked well and looked good. I used scotch tape to hold the inner plastic washer on the glass for installation. In hindsight, a dab of rubber cement would have been better. The tape is hard to get off (hard to reach!) Tightening the tops is only possible with your fingers. Probably no more is needed. if you wear latex gloves, you can get it tighter.
